Refund Policy

SoBo Worldwide International offers a 15-day refund policy on all unopened items.

We will gladly refund any item that may have been damaged during shipping or shipped incorrectly. To be eligible for a refund customers must:

Contact us within 15 days of delivery of the order.

  1. Send an email with your refund request to clientservices@soboworldwide.com. 
  2. Please list the reason(s) that you are requesting a refund along with proof of purchase including the purchase date, item purchased, the amount paid, images of the defective, damaged or incorrect item
  3. If you received the incorrect item, please specify those details in your email. 
  4. Note that we do not require you to return any damaged or incorrect item. 

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Please Note:  False claims of missing package(s) WILL NOT be honored. If delivery of your package can be confirmed by the carrier (i.e. FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Canada Post ).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund as yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund,, please contact us at clientservices@soboworldwide.com.


SoBo Worldwide International does not accept returns.

Sale items

Refunds are available on regular priced items only. There are no refunds on sale items.
