Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Canada and the United States, with additional international destinations where available. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Customers receive tracking information when available. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or force majeure.

Returns & Refund Policy

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise identified as final sale. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days with photographs.
